Heart-Centered, Expert Content
What You'll Learn in this CourseThe material is offered in manageable parts, so it doesn’t feel overwhelming. As you move through the course, you begin to recognize reactive patterns and find a more grounded place from which to respond. As awareness grows, there is more room for choice.
Finding Your Ground
From Patterns to Presence
Each lesson helps you begin to see the patterns that have quietly shaped your relationship to money over time. As you move through the course, you build a personal Regulation Toolkit with gentle, body-based practices such as Hand Over Heart and the 10-Second Breath. These are shifts you can begin to feel in your body fairly quickly.
Seeing with Fresh Eyes
Through guided exploration, you begin to look at financial challenges with more curiosity and less judgment. As your perspective shifts, conversations can feel less charged and more workable. Over time, the focus moves away from getting it “right” toward finding a way of relating that feels more grounded and more your own.
What Truly Matters
In this course, you explore what truly matters to you and how that is reflected in your financial decisions. From there, the conversation begins to shift from simply “can we afford this?” to whether your choices feel aligned with what is important to you. Over time, this creates a steadier, more intentional way of relating to money together.
What People Are Saying
“My husband and I are currently taking Rudi’s Mastering Money Talks course, and it has honestly been such a meaningful experience for our relationship. Rudi has a beautiful way of helping couples approach money conversations not from blame or fear, but from curiosity, connection, and understanding.
What stands out most is how emotionally attuned and practical the course feels at the same time. We’ve not only learned tools for communicating around finances, but we’ve also gained insight into the deeper stories, fears, and values underneath our money patterns. It has already opened conversations between us that feel more honest, grounded, and compassionate.
Rudi creates a space that feels safe, thoughtful, and deeply human. We’re very grateful to be part of this work and would highly recommend it to any couple wanting to strengthen both their financial communication and their relationship.”
— Mariangelica & Mario"I just finished taking Mastering Money Talks, and it is beautifully done. Having the workbook to follow along with the videos makes the entire experience incredibly interactive, engaging, and easy to digest–especially for someone whose brain can easily wander.
The content really gets you thinking deeply, not just about your finances, but about how you show up in your relationship to yourself and with the people you love.
Even before applying what I’ve learned to my life, I can already see the immense value in this framework and feel a shift in how I view my own internal relationship with money. It is an insightful, eye-opening course that I highly recommend.”
— Andrew“This course was an absolute game-changer for my partner and my relationship. It’s incredibly straightforward, easy to navigate, and packed with practical lessons we actually use. Mastering Money Talks is made up of five modules. The video content takes 3 to 5 hours total to watch — and doing the exercises in the workbook adds another 5 to 10 hours, depending on how thorough you want to be. Because it's fully self-paced, you can move through one module a week or take longer, whatever fits your life. There's no deadline and no pressure to keep up with anyone else.
-
Ideally, yes. Realistically, not at all. The course was designed for couples and families, but much of the material is useful for anyone wanting a clearer relationship with money. Starting in Module 2 you'll be invited to do some sharing practices with a partner or family member, though a trusted friend works just as well.
-
The workbook is built right into the course, so you can fill it in as you go. When you're ready to keep your responses, simply download it to your own device. Your reflections are completely private, no one else sees them.
-
Yes, the videos are fully mobile-friendly and work on any device. For the workbook portions, most people find a tablet or laptop a little easier since there's quite a bit of writing involved.
